Tasked with producing eye-catching bespoke light fixtures for House of Fraser’s in-store Christmas season displays.
Project Brief
To work from the initial product pictures provided by Elemental and re-design, manufacture and install light fixtures to present a Christmas environment within the Oxford Street and City Store for the Christmas period.
Solution
Elemental provided an initial image of the type of light fixtures required. The ideas of icicles, snowflakes and stars to maintain the Christmas theme were agreed upon. New designs were created to ensure that the lighting products were suitable for in-store usage and would provide a Christmas feel throughout the House of Fraser stores.

The majority of the materials such as light tubes, gold chrome, LEDs, acrylic stars and silver, bronze and gold rods were procured from the Far East. Whiteghyll undertook all testing for WEEE and RoHS compliance certification prior to UK shipment.

Each light fixture that was designed and manufactured by our Whiteghyll team in Bradford was also fitted by our own installation teams within House of Fraser’s Oxford Street store and their City Store.
